Creative Flow #1
Inspired by the Creative Release Project's September 2020 theme of the Elements. Made with origami and Japanese handmade papers.

My paper collage inspired this piece with mussel shells and scrap wood.

Beach Treasures Wall Hanging #1
Made with found materials of driftwood, stones, shells and pottery (all with naturally made holes) plus yarn and hemp twine. I look for beauty in the brokenness, so I often collect shell fragments to transform them into something whole. I am also drawn to "perfectly imperfect" shells and their unconventional beauty.

Beach Treasures Wall Hanging #3
Made with found materials of scallop shells (with naturally made holes) and driftwood plus yarn and hemp twine.

Beauty from the Brokenness

Abalone Heart
